We currently ship within Canada, the U.S. Please note that some brands may from time to time not allow us to ship outside of Canada.

If you select curbside pick-up, you will receive a phone call or email when your order is ready to be picked up. You can then head over to the shop location you selected.

Expedited Shipping in Canada

Orders $0.00–$99.99 ship at a flat rate of $10.00

Orders $100.00+ ship FREE Canada Post Expedited

United States Orders ship tracked at a flat rate of $25.00.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Your order will ship within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays), provided all items are in stock. You will be notified as soon as your order is shipped, and you will be given a tracking number if you've selected tracked package. Since we ship all of our products from Victoria, Canada, orders can be delayed due to customs and national holidays. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Who do you ship with?

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, unless otherwise specified. If you refuse any shipment from Frontrunners, you are still responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any duties, taxes and customs charges. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Sales Taxes

Sales tax will be applied automatically during the checkout process to Canadian customers. Taxes are based on the Province/Territory where the items are being shipped. Customers outside of Canada are not charged taxes, but do bear the sole responsibility for any duties your local customs office may charge.

Returns

Thank you for shopping at Frontrunners. We are happy to accept exchanges & returns with the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that unworn merchandise (excluding bras & underwear) with all original packaging and tags can be returned within 30 days. We will assess products for manufacturer’s defects within 90 days of purchase. Anything beyond 90 days will not be accepted.

We unfortunately are unable to provide return shipping labels for online purchases.

Please wrap-up shoe boxes with paper. Do not tape the shoe box closed as it destroys the box and then is not re-sellable.

Once the returned item is received and in re-sellable condition, we will process the refund.
